Health begins in the gut.

Gut health is the body’s first priority for healing, which is why I always start here.

This is where the root cause(s) typically begins.

Gut health must be optimal to allow for other systems of the body to also heal.

We live in a time where high stress is the norm and chemicals are commonly found in our environment, medications, food and water supply. All of these can lead to imbalances, inflammation and gut permeability. This is the way in which food sensitivities begin causing more inflammation and uncomfortable symptoms. These imbalances allow for opportunistic bacteria, fungus and pathogens to take hold and proliferate. Functional lab testing enables us to understand exactly what is occurring in the gut without any guessing.
